Sorry for all the inconvenience caused. I now know what the problem was, but it's easily repeatable, so i don't wish to share it publicly.

Someone did something, but not deliberately to break server, so there's no punishment issues.

I was wondering if some members of staff should know.
That way they might be able to avoid more people doing it?
